Boomerang Shaped Hand Warmer
Product Description
My production manager made a new shaped hand warmer after making the Pogies. The new shape is actually shaped just like a boomerang, so when you insert your arms they are in a more natural position. The exterior fabric is the DUCKSBACK material. Insulated with L-12 Lamilite insulation with a nylon taffeta lining. There are wristlets at each end and a one inch web belt with side release buckle, and like all Wiggy's products it is machine washable.

This is the answer to reading in an unheated space. If you use touch screen gloves, but aren't actually typing all the time, try this. Pull out a hand to page or swipe, then return to the warmth. If you have made it to this page, I'm guessing you already have a bag or two and the socks. Try the lamalite sweater too.

Exceptional value for stationary activities
There are many hand muffs on the market but this one stands out because of the value you get for the price. The warmth to weight ratio has to be among the best on the market and it packs down to almost nothing. The size is larger than it appears in the picture so your hands aren't cramped and you are able to lightly grasp the insulation with each hand like mittens from inside the muff.
The combination of the ducksback fabric with the lamilite insulation makes an incredible product. The ducksback is the most windproof single-layer non-waterproof fabric that I've used which maximizes the insulating capacity of the climashield. This muff lives in a kangaroo pocket in my outer shell and so far I've tested it in 17F temps for 3 hours with zero movement, without any chemical hand warmers, and my hands were warm enough to be functional.
My only suggestion for an improvement would be to offer a model with additional insulation. An L-12 version would be the warmest muff available on the market.– Jesse
