OPEN LETTER TO BRIG GENERAL R.K. BOGART

One of my readers wrote to me that B.G Bogart was the head of the AFRL at WP AFB.

I wrote to him regarding the fallacy of the aerogel. Also included was the AF test at Eielson AFB ,ALASKA and other important information I thought.

To date I have not received a response from, not even a placating one.

Dear Brig. Gen. Bogart,

Enclosed is a copy of the article written by James Bolinger published 20 January 2019 at Eielson AFB, AL. It is titled “ Arctic Survival Kit for Air Force F-35 Pilots Surprises Developers During Way-Below-Zero Trial’’

The reason for this letter is to make you aware of the amount of tax dollars being spent by the Air Force Research Laboratory on what is supposed to be a new quite fantastic insulation for use in future flight suits. The material is trade named aerogel or solarcore.

If there is new insulation needed, for the flight suits what I have used in garments of the survival kit is perfect. The cost would be zero as was the cost for the development of the survival kit.

As for the aerogel/solarcore I have included papers I have published exposing this product for what it is.

And finally, I have also included a scientific paper I have also published about insulation.
