The new site looks great!
Just wanted to take a minute and thank you for your work.
From the Antarctic Bag & Mitts, our beautiful white Fossil Ridge Parkas & Bibs, Mukluks, even the booties & other odds & ends… these have all become my favorite things, because they’re the equipment depend on with full confidence. Amazing warmth, breathability and comfort, rugged durability, washability, and the quality of your company itself, standing behind your products & even accommodating custom orders; there is just no one like you guys.
You’ve made winter my favorite time of year. Now when it’s -35, I grab a book, my gear & snowshoes, head out wherever, and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air in total comfort. I’ve used your gear winter camping & adventuring up into canada, climbing up/sliding down snow, ice, rocks & dirt, been blown across Lake Superior on my face in ice squalls and after the initial shock, even enjoyed the experience of getting run over by the freight train whiteout hurricane, completely warm & protected. Somehow, this stuff shows no wear yet! I don’t get it, but I love it.
I can’t thank you enough for the excellent equipment and your willingness to do custom work to make everything perfect for your customers.
Sincerely,
Pete Doering

Mr. Wigutow,
In August of this year I completed my Alaskan caribou hunt that I discussed in my first email back in April, 2014. During the trip, I utilized the Super Light bag that I purchased on your advice. I had the FTRSS with me but I did not need it! I used it as an extra sleeping bag since the Super Light was plenty warm; for short periods I slept with bare feet and was plenty warm. I was able to dry out most of my clothes just by either wearing them in the bag or stuffing them inside while I was in it. My buddies with cheap bags never could dry their clothes and they were miserable. I did not take your ground pad with me since we had an outfitter camp package that included (cheap USGI-type) sleeping pads.
I also wore daily your 9” socks and jacket liner. They worked very well in keeping me warm and dry. The socks were very comfortable during the 40-plus miles I walked while on the hunt. In the attached photo I was wearing the jacket inside out as 'tundra camo.' It worked well in that regard.
Anyways, thank you for the great advice and for the great products.

I think I bought my Ultima Thule back in like 1997 and it's still my go to bag in the winter time here in Colorado. Over New Year's eve I backpacked up Pikes Peak and camped inside Monty's Rock Pile just below Barr Camp. The temp at night was around 5 below zero and I slept toasty warm thanks to your bag. Thanks Jerry.

[Here's a picture of] your awsome waders at work. 3rd season on them and of course they were trashed by the end of last season, but a few patches got us through this season. They sure do make crossing streams with sheep meat on your back a little nicer. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I will try to make this short but in a nutshell, WHAT A GREAT SLEEPING BAG! I bought it back in like 1992. I bought the Ultima Thule. Wiggy’s did not have the assortment of products it does today. I was also a bit apprehensive about where I was buying it… a warehouse!

Dear Wiggy, I just returned from my annual dog mushing vacation in the Yukon Territory , outside of Whitehorse off of Lake Lebarge. Many years ago, I got frost nip on my left toes and left hand fingers when I was a ski instructor in New Hampshire. I live in New Hampshire today and go back to the Yukon to dog mush and the head to Anchorage And Eaglr River to visit with old friends from my time up there in the Air Force.
I now have your Snow walkers for both of my pairs of Sorels as well as the socks and the camp booties. THEY ARE GREAT! At no time, during temps between -15 F up to 12 F, did my feet EVER get cold ! In fact, when I returned each day from going out with the dogs, I knew that I had condensation inside the Sorels but because of the wicking action of the Socks and Sunwalkers, my feet stayed DRY and WARM! The Booties are the best thing for wearing in my cabin and Especially convenient when one has to visit the Outhouse in the middle of the night when the temps went down to -20 F!
I showed my friends in Eagle River the Sunwalkers as one of them has circulation problems with his feet is still using felt liners. I took him down to the Wiggy in Anchorage and he got a pair of Sunwalkers. I picked up a pair of the Kodak Mittons and the Insualated Head Cover! The next day we were out walking some trails. Temps in the teens and snowing . Well, I can tell you he was amazed at how nice and warm and comfortable his feet felt! And those Mittons rock!
Thank You for making Great Products. God Bless Lamilite and all its parts!

After buying many top of the line sleeping bags over the years and doing lots of research Wiggy out performs them all!. The durability, craftsmanship, quality, warmth and ability to wash it makes it worth every penny. The staff has a quality product that leaves the shop and it doesn't go unnoticed, AWESOME job! The customer service was amazing and very helpful. I have bought 6 bags already and will be buying any future bags from Wiggy as well, you just can't beat it.

it has been cold in Virginia. sometimes in single digits. i ride a fat tire electric mountain bike to check my trail cameras around the farm. the insulated head cover keeps my head warn. i can wear it with a cap or without. if it gets too warm i wear it with the top pulled back. another nice feature i can wear my bike helmet over it. i also like the way the front and back tuck into my shirt or jacket. the renegade mittens keep my hands and fingers warm. my fingers would start freezing up [almost numb] when i changed sd cards and batteries in the cameras. my fingers and hands warmed up quickly. i also wear the laminate socks, fishnet top, and liners. the insulated poncho liner just arrived and it fits perfectly. Wiggy's is the best!

Hi Jerry,
It was a Wiggy's Christmas for me, a Ducksback zippered jacket, fish net underwear, socks, 2nd layer shirt - SO, with the temp at 0 F I put on the fishnet underwear, my jeans, a flannel shirt, my Ducksback jacket and went out to snow blow the driveway. The task usually takes about an hour and after about 30 seconds I had to remove the hood as I was getting too warm, after finishing the job I came inside and almost immediately had to take off the top fishnet as I was WAY too warm. I ventured out several times today without the top fishnet on and just the jacket and found it was a bit cool without the fishnet underwear. I am amazed at how warm the fishnet keeps me in zero degree temps, great stuff Jerry, I will not use any other brand. By the way, the Ducksback stayed perfectly dry even with blowing snow (my beard was caked). When I wore your sweater to do the same task, it got soaked, but I stayed warm although the temps were only in the low 20's when I did that. Great bags and clothing and thank you for making my Merry Christmas a warm one.

Hi Wiggy,
Just was forced to venture outside. Temperature, 22 degrees Fahrenheit. Wind chill, 10 degrees. Got semi-dressed...bedroom slippers, PJ bottoms, T-shirt, ear muffs, Wiggy's Alaska Parka LINER (no shell, just the liner) with L-6 insulation. Toasty. Absolutely NO air got through the liner.
And the BEST part? Santa Bride brought me another Wiggy's Sleeping Bag, my fourth, and another Wiggy's Luxurious Sleeping Pad, my second one of those...
Anyone who buys anything other than your gear is just woefully uninformed...
So anyway, good on ya!

Dear Wiggy,
I am married to my lovely wife for 30 years. She is one of those women who would be freezing if she stood on the equator, in August wearing a fur coat. She is just always cold, especially at bed time. She typically wears her long sleeve fleece pajamas to bed. Anyway, I have ordered many of your products during the past five years and have come to expect tremendous quality AND honesty from dealing with you. I often looked at your comforter and wondered whether I should get it or not... The only color you offer was tan and I really wasn't sure my wife would like that or not. Well, I ordered it and I here to tell you SHE DOESN'T CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THE COLOR ANYMORE!! When the comforter came in, I was going to put it under the tree for Christmas but the outside temps were in the 20s so I gave it to her early. She wasn't sure about it but I told her, "This is made by the same man who makes my sleeping bags and jackets." Her eyes opened up. That first night, I told her to leave the fleece off and just wear a shirt and underwear. Wiggy, she was so warm in that comforter! It was the warmest she has ever been and she woke up so happy and content from a great night's sleep. The following night, she wore a tank top and underwear. She loves it and I mean she really loves it!
Oh, I do want to mention something on a side note... One night I reached over to see if she was warm to the touch. When my hand reached under the drape of the comforter, my hand was in really warm air. It is unlike anything I have experienced EXCEPT IN YOUR SLEEPING BAGS. The air was like the air from a heater... it was just toasty and warm. She sleeps well now and I have you to thank. Merry Christmas, Mr. Jerry. Merry Christmas! Thank you for making an all American product here in the USA.

I have to admit that I was skeptical spending that amount of money for a parka, In past I've bought wide range of different coats and parkas looking for one that would actually keep me warm in Wisconsin weather. I can say, I do believe I can say I've found one, when I ordered it I spoke with owner who answered my questions and I told him my height and weight and he knew the size that would work for me. To be on safe side I also ordered the jacket liner and vest just in case I would need them on cold Wisconsin days.
Parka arrived and it was about mid 20's out, so I decided to test out the parka by taking the dog for a walk. Well it work awesome so good that I had to unzip the parka as I was getting to warm. So with that said todays temp 12/25/17 was a whole 5 degrees and wind chill of -18, so decided to test again in the cold and wind ( approximately a hour and 20 minutes) standing still with little to no movement and I have to admit I did not get cold. Rest of week its supposed to range from -15 to -30 below with wind chill, looking forward to testing the parka some more, without jacket liner or vest and with jacket liner and vest and see the outcome. Thanks Wiggy's for the parka.

I want to thank you for the sleeping bag you modified into a quilt for mom. She says its the warmest quilt she has ever had and at 101 years she had a hard time keeping warm at night even with a heated mattress pad. I would say you should ass this quilt to your product line, its GREAT. Thanks again.
