Unmatched Quality

I'm new to Wiggy's products but can say without a doubt that I've never seen another manufacturer match the quality of components or construction of these sleeping bags. I have a Hunter Ultra-Light bag and it's the most comfortable and well- constructed bag I've ever seen. I opted for a standard, unhooded model but even at 5' 10" I can turn this bag into a cocoon with the built-in top cinch cord. From the design and materials to the expert stitching (absolutely amazing) this thing is quality. I look forward to using this bag for many years.

Alexander thank you very much for your thoughts about the product you invested in made by Wiggy’s.

Alexander’s observation is a testament to the quality of the work produced by the staff who run the sewing machines.

Occasionally I have mentioned the work force but not with enough credit going to them with regards to the success of Wiggy’s.

I had an idea of how to best make a performance sleeping bag. Kok knew how to put the bag together. Then Kok had to train the sewing operators we hired [they were experienced] how to construct the bags a product none of them had ever made. In a week or two they were proficient because they were knowledgeable sewing operators.

As time past they became more and more proficient and productive. All have been here between 10 and 33 years.

It is because of their personal dedication to excellence of what they do that has helped Wiggy’s to prosper. The see all of what is transpiring at Wiggy’s which allows them to feel that they are a part of the company which Kok and I want them too. Basically, we share everything with them. We may be the largest producer of sleeping bags in the world now but we still are a small company. It is not hard to be the biggest when you’re the only produce of a given product [sleeping bags] and all so called competitors produce their “no sleep sleeping bags’ in factories in Asia where workers do not care about the quality even though they don’t know that the bags will never work. Each sewing operator finishing a bag puts her initials on the law label sewn to the bag, how is that for confidence of one’s craft.

When an entrepreneur creates and builds a business and finds he/she has done something that grows and then they the boss moves away from it I believe something is lost and eventually the company descends because the original boss does not care.

So, Kok and I are very content to stay in our jobs working with all of the staff producing the best products we can.
