THE MARINE CORPSE IS DEAD TO ME

THE MARINE CORPSE IS DEAD TO ME!!!

First thing Friday morning I called Albert Adams the “team leader” of the area that includes footwear to find out if he or someone in his “team” spoke with Todd Towles and told him I was non-responsive to their desire to make changes to the muk luks or as Todd said over boots.

Albert was very defensive and told me “he” did not speak with Todd and did not know anyone in his “team” who would have. He further told me he could not give me any information since I did not actually sell Natick the muk luks.

I then went back to Todd Towles and asked him who he spoke to at Natick that told him I was non-responsive. He would not say Natick but instead said he spoke to the “ARMY” as if the Army could talk. I then told him I spoke with Albert Adams and he said; “you spoke with Albert”. I believe it shook him up a little and he too became defensive. The following is who Albert Adams is at Natick.

The original guy to contact me from Natick was Jay McNamara had he is gone from Natick for over a month according to Albert Adams, but he said maybe he spoke with Todd Towles, very unlikely.

When I spoke with Jay McNamara it was about the muk luks and when he asked about buying them, I directed him to one of and the only GSA contractor that had them on his schedule. It makes things easier since I do not have a GSA contract. And as you know they ordered 150 pair twice totaling 300 pair, seems one of the sole source contractors bowed out of the contract.

Why did they come to Wiggy’s and not the other contractor left who was Outdoor Research I suspect based upon the fact that they gave them this contract! However, back in October if asked they probably were not able to make them.

What follows is the email communication between Jay McNamara. Initially Jay called Bill to ask about speaking with me to make a couple of changes to the muk luks. Bill called me and asked when we could have a conference call with jay (I am in CO., Jay is in MA., and Bill is in S.C.) to which I said I am very available.

HI Bill,

I hate to do this to you, but I am going to have to cancel out call. I got pulled into a meeting I can’t skip, would you and Wiggy be available tomorrow?

Sorry,

Jay

As one can read, I did not choose not to respond to the request to discuss any changes as was claimed by Albert Adams and then Todd Towles.

When Bill received as I did an email from Jay McNamara advising us of his leaving Natick Bill then contacted the new guy Albert Adams. I did not because it was not my place too.

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] Mukluks

We were involved with the test for a new mukluk, and I was wondering if you have any test information, we can see to improve our Mukluks.

Bill Beckett, Retired AF

President

Bottom Line Military Sales, LLC

The following is Albert Adams response to Bill.

SEPTEMBER 10,2019

Mr. Beckett,

I assume you are referring to our over boots’ evaluation effort from last winter which assessed the product made by "Wiggy's"? If so, I was under the impression that Jay McNamara had provided you with some feedback following the evaluation. If so, this would be the only information that we are able to share at this time. Was this not the case?

Best regards,

Al

What ever the information was that Jay McNamara was going to share has not been divulged to Bill, and when I asked Albert Adams about it, he said I had no right to it since I did not actually sell the product to the Army. It is all right discuss everything with me before the manufacturing but not after, isn’t that a crock!

Please note the statement “Outdoor Research LLC is DEEMED the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The required date of delivery is October 15, 2019 and the award was made on October 2, 2019. Who knows when they started making them but certainly not after the award? They could not make them in two weeks! Does this sound fishy to you as it does me.

Wiggy’s has been making the muk luks for 25 or more years I forget the actual year I started making them, we supplied the 10th Special Forces Group when they went into Bosnia with 500 PAIR. That winter was brutal and most of the soldiers who did not have a pair had boots falling apart as I was told at the SHOT show that winter but 10th group had warm feet. Last October I suppled Natick with 300 pair in one month I believe. I have sold thousands of the muk luks to dog mushers, outdoorsman for all uses, use in Antarctica and who knows where and they at the marine corpse rule me out, they are a joke and a bad one at that. To day they are dead to me!!! That said Wiggy's is in their opinion unqualified to make for the the marine corpse a product that Wiggy's has made for all these years that has surpassed all other over boots made by any other company in the world with respect to its ability to perform. of course Wiggy's insulated products out perform ALL other insulated products of any sort such as SLEEPING BAGS AND ALL FORMS OF OUTERWEAR AS WELL AS MITTEN AND OF COURSE FOOTWEAR.

This guy Todd Towles had the audacity to tell me the reason the marine corpse did not buy my sleeping bags was because I wasn’t using the newest insulations. That in a nutshell tells you what he knows about insulation, NOTHING! SINCE I MADE THE first two bag sleeping system for the marine corpse in May of 1993 my system HAS NEVER FAILED but, what they bastardized of my system has never worked. Imagine making a product for 20 years and it is the most successful failure ever, that is the truth of their creation. This clown just insulted my intelligence and that is the worst thing he or anyone can do to me.

He just like Albert Adams are CIVIL SERVANTS and that tells me they don’t understand that it is people like me that pay their salaries. They disgust me!!!!!
